At The Sadajiwa, we aim to provide a comfortable, seamless, and memorable villa experience for every guest. As our villa collection is managed by different professional villa management partners, booking policies and house regulations may vary between properties.

We kindly encourage all guests to review these policies before confirming their reservations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

1. Cancellation & Reservation Policy

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted only under urgent circumstances. Supporting documentation is required for all rescheduling requests.

• Non-Refundable Promotion: Reservations made under promotional rates are non-refundable.

• Taxes & Service Charges: All stated rates include applicable taxes and service charges.

• Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required payment, ranging from 50% to 100% of the total reservation amount, depending on the applicable booking conditions.

• Events & Gatherings: Guests must notify the property management in advance of any planned events or gatherings. All events are subject to the property's applicable event policy.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

• Check-Out Time: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon).

• Age Restrictions: There are no general age restrictions for guests staying at the property.

Guests are kindly requested to follow the designated check-in and check-out times to ensure smooth villa operations.

3. Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children are welcome to stay at the property, with a maximum of two children permitted per villa.

Additional charges may apply depending on the child's age and sleeping arrangements.

Infants (0–5 Years)

• Complimentary Stay: Infants may stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed.

• Breakfast: Not included in the complimentary stay.

• Baby Cot: Available upon request at IDR 550,000 per child, per night, including breakfast.

Children (6–11 Years)

• Additional Charge: IDR 450,000 per child, per night.

• Breakfast: Included.

• Sleeping Arrangement: Sharing an existing bed.

Teenagers (Above 12 Years)

• Additional Charge: IDR 650,000 per person, per night.

• Breakfast: Included.

• Sleeping Arrangement: Extra bed included.

Important Information

• Charges for baby cots and extra beds are not included in the initial reservation total and must be paid separately during the stay.

• The maximum number of extra beds and baby cots permitted depends on the selected villa and accommodation arrangement.

• All baby cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

4. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted within the villa premises.

We kindly ask guests to respect this policy to maintain the comfort and cleanliness of the property.

5. Quiet Hours Policy

To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

During these hours, guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid activities that may disturb neighboring properties or other guests.

6. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.

Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the rooms, in accordance with the property's smoking regulations.

Important Notice

These Terms & Conditions apply to villas operated by Nakula Management within The Sadajiwa collection. Policies may differ for villas managed by other management partners.
